Shipping & Returns
1. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are calculated by USPS. Orders over $100 will be free via USPS priority mail.
Although, if you live in the PDX, I offer local pickup at a central location near Vancouver, WA in order to minimize the consumption of shipping supplies.
If you choose local pickup or delivery I will be in contact with you to schedule a hand-off.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Now shipping worldwide! But it is my first time figuring it out, so please be patient. All I want is for y'all to receive and enjoy my creations!
Also, please bear in mind, you may be charged for local import duties and customs charges on the arrival of the goods in your country.
3. Do you accept returns and exchanges?
No, all sales are final.
4. What if my item arrives damaged?
If this occurs, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery (based on the delivery time stamp), with photos of the items and packaging, so that I may process a replacement for the damaged item as soon as possible. Please note that I cannot make exceptions to this policy.
5. How do I discard the packaging?
All packaging products can be reused or recycled! And yes, even the tape is biodegradable! Feel free to read more about how I practice sustainability in my packaging here.
Care Instructions & Food Safety
6. Are the items dishwasher safe?
Yes, all the functional ware can be put in the dishwasher. However to protect the longevity of the pot, handwashing is HIGHLY recommended.
For other items, they can be easily wiped clean with water and a little soap. Make sure to let the pot fully dry before using again.
7. Can I put my pot in the microwave?
Yes, it won't cause an explosion! But like all items that go into the microwave, it can be hot to the touch.
8. Are the products food safe?
If the item has glaze covering the inside or the surface where food will touch, then it is food safe. Items like the planters are not food safe because the inside is not glazed. Also, if there is glass on the surface, such as the coasters, then it is NOT food safe and is hazardous to your health.
9. What is the lifespan of my item?
While my pottery is made to last, it is still breakable. Please handle your item with care to enjoy it for years to come.
10. Are you accepting custom orders?
Yes! If your piece or idea is within the realm of my capabilities and if I have time to complete it to the best of my ability, I will create your heart's desire.
If you would like to order an item from my past work and it is currently out of stock or discontinued, feel free to contact me as well.
11. How much are custom orders?
Although the price of a custom order depends on the item being made, they are are similar to prices you see currently on my website and are subjected to change. However, I do require at least half of the total cost upfront with no refund.
12. How long do custom orders take to produce?
The production of your piece can take roughly 4 weeks to complete, therefore make sure there is enough lead time for when you want it by.
13. Who do I contact for a custom order?
Go to the Contact Us page and send me the details, design, and dimensions of the piece that you envision. I will get back to you within 48 hours.
